If you intend to visit a tenant who is not open to the public or after opening hours, please ensure that they are expecting you as you might need them to access the lifts.
The nearest Station is Victoria Park. Victoria Park Station is approximately a 700 metre, 10 minute walk to and from Collingwood Yards. Victoria Park Station is elevated and access to the platforms is either via a ramp or lift.
Victoria Park is on the Hurstbridge and Mernda Lines.
The nearest Tram stop is Stop 19 on Route 86 at the corner of Johnston St and Smith St.
Stop 19 is approximately a 300 meter, 5 minute walk to and from Collingwood Yards. Route 86 is partly serviced by accessible Trams, however some Route 86 Trams have high floors and are not wheelchair accessible.
The nearest Bus stop is the corner of Johnston St and Smith St on Routes 200, 207 and Night Bus Route 966.

A bike path runs along Wellington St, near the eastern boundary of Collingwood Yards
Bike racks are located in the lower courtyard area, and near the Perry Street Lift. Please make sure you secure your bike.
Collingwood Yards offers a single accessible parking bay, located in the entryway via 35C Johnston Street vehicle entrance.
There are numerous secure and street parking options in the area. Two-hour free parking is available on Johnston Street (north of the precinct). Four-hour free parking is available on Perry Street at the south side of the precinct. All day paid parking options are available on Wellington Street.
There are 4 loading zones located in the entryway at the Johnston St vehicle entrance, 35C. Please note these are only to be used for deliveries and pickups.
The Collingwood Yards site is made up of three multi-storey buildings connected by open outdoor spaces.
The courtyard is accessible via step-free paths of travel from 35A Johnston Street and 30A Perry Street. The central shaded portion of the courtyard is a gravel surface. The surrounding area is paved and wheelchair accessible, however shade and cover is limited.
Floor access to Johnston Street Building can be made via the following areas. The lift immediately inside 35B Johnston St (LG) provides access to levels UG, 1 and 2. 35A Johnston St provides a footpath and ramp to the Automatic door entrance to level UG. From 35C Johnston St, there is a footpath and ramp leading to Johnston St lifts and external staircase.
The Escarpement is a series of steep cement steps leading from the courtyard to the lower courtyard. The top of the Escarpement can be accessed via entrances 35A Johnston Street and 30A Perry Street. The bottom of the Escarpement is most easily accessed via entrance 30B Perry Street. The Perry Lift and the Johnston Lift can be used as alternative paths to traversing the Escarpement.
Floor access to the Perry Street Building can be made via the following paths. From 30A Perry Street, a footpath leads to the retail area of Perry St (UG) and courtyard. The Perry Street Lift can be accessed via 30A and 30B Perry Street, allowing access to levels 1 and 2 of Perry Street Building. From Johnston Street access to Perry St Building can be made by crossing the courtyard.
The Lower Courtyard is a small space betweehn the eastern end of Johnston Street Building, the Lock Building and the car park. Access to the Lower Courtyard can be made at level via entrances 35B and 35C Johnston Street and entrance 30B Perry Street.
Access to the Lock Building can be made via the footpath from 35A, 35B and 35C Johnston Street. Access to level 1 and 2 can be made via the Lock Lift. This lift requires a security pass after hours. Please ensure the tenant you are visiting is able to meet you at the lift. Access to level UG can be made via a ramp.
There are currently no ATMs on site. The closest ATMs are located on Smith Street.
Gender neutral single occupant and accessible toilets equipped with baby change tables are located on Level UG of the Perry Street Building and Johnston Street Building.

When an event organiser has requested a quiet space it will usually be located on L2 of the Perry Street Building, in Meeting Room 1. This space is carpeted and contains a low lounge. When not booked for an event, this space may be in use by tenants.
Service animals and guide dogs are welcome throughout Collingwood Yards at all times.
Social and leashed pets are usually welcome in outdoor areas. If visiting for an event, please check with the event organisers.

Separate bins for general waste, paper and cardboard recycling co-mingled recycling are located nearby the Perry Street Lift. Close by you’ll also find a dog bag dispenser.
